To add to existing knowledge of health-related issues in the Chinese community, Chinese Community Health Resource Center partners with local and national health organizations to launch research projects specifically targeting Chinese immigrants in the San Francisco Bay Area. |A Family Intervention To Reduce Smoking in Chinese Men||Chinese Community Health Resource Center & Vietnamese Community Health Promotion Project at University of California, San Francisco||To develop and pilot test a family intervention using lay health worker (LHW) outreach to involve both smokers’ families and smokers to promote smoking cessation in Chinese American men|
