    男士健康日

    華人男士健康日由「華人社區健康資源中心」與社區各機構共同協助舉辦，針對居住在三藩市只說廣東話或國語、或講雙語的男性，重點是提高人們防病保健的知識。這一保健盛事的獨特之處在於，它滿足了那些由於語言和文化障礙而無法得到相同的醫療教育機會的人士的需要。保健題目包括前列腺健康，男性性功能障礙，心臟病及中風的預防，關注癌症，家人溝通技巧，家庭暴力，賭博，還包括各種保健檢查，如前列腺抗原測檢（PSA），大便潛血測試（FOBT），乙型肝炎，膽固醇、血壓、糖尿病等其他各種檢查。2003年是男士健康日活動舉辦的第一年，當年的活動取得了巨大的成功。在2003到2005年期間，男士健康日吸引了三藩市灣區超過1600名男士參加。
