The perinatal health program consists of a series of classes for parents-to-be. Class topics include: prenatal care, infant CPR and safety, infant care and development, breastfeeding and infant nutrition, infant massage, delivery process, birth instructions and postnatal care. Pre-registration for these classes are required and a fee may be charged depending on your insurance plan.
