CCHRC provides general health education classes year round. The Center’s goal is to promote a healthier lifestyle and wellness in our community. CCHRC’s general health education seminars are free of charge and open to the general public. Registration is highly recommended for the purpose of classroom arrangement based on anticipated attendance and contact information, as classes may be rescheduled or canceled with less than five registered participants. All classes are held at Chinese Hospital Medical office Building on the 5th floor. Please refer to our schedule for specific class information.
