    Restaurant Menu Selection

    As more people choose to dine out or order take-out food, they lose control over their choices of ingredients and the type of cooking processes. This can alter the nutrition contents of what they are eating.  The restaurant menu selection activity will provide helpful guidelines for choosing healthful menu items when dining out or ordering take-out food.
