Awards
In recognition for some of its invaluable contribution to the Chinese community, several organizations have acknowledged CCHRC nationally.
- The American Cancer Society awarded CCHRC an Honor Citation for developing the nation’s first Chinese speaking “I Can Cope” support group in 1992.
- In 2001, the American Association of Health Plans honored CCHRC with a Community Leadership Award.
- In 2006, the CCHRC bilingual website received a Recognizing Innovation in Multi-Cultural Healthcare Award by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
