    华人社区健康资源中心的孕期保健讲座是专门为初为人父或人母的人士而设，包括一系列不同题材的讲座，如：孕期保健，婴儿安全常识及人工急救法，婴儿护理及成长，婴儿喂哺与营养，婴儿按摩，生产过程及分娩指导，以及产后护理。参加者需预先报名，不同的保健公司或收少许费用。
