    华人社区健康资源中心在病人疾病护理方面充当一个好伙伴的角色。华美医师协会的医生可以推介其病人到该中心索取双语健康资料，参加相关的疾病教育课程，以便病人更好地瞭解自己的病情，懂得日常护理的常识。华美医师协会的医生可推介病人前来中心约见营养师或健康教育专家，以作个人营养或疾病护理辅导。中心设有保健健康资料图书馆，病人可以借阅相关的医学护理图书，影带或上网查阅资料。
